Reebok offers free returns within 60 days of delivery for all products in their original, unworn condition. Please note that personalized items are non-returnable unless they possess a manufacturing defect.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the return form provided in the shipment.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt at our warehouse.
